DB House Rule:
There can be only one... Special Quest!
by
BerixBaublebuyer (message board user)

We mark on each character sheet which of the Special Quests each character has 'brought to the table.' They can not look for this special quest again if they have brought it and it was undertaken.

Example: Syrath, the Rogue gets Demon Incursion as a Special Quest and the party chooses to do that quest over the regular Main Quest that is rolled. When finished, Syrath marks that quest down on his character sheet and can no longer try to get it for future outings. Other members of his party can try for that quest in the future and he could have tried for it again if the party did not choose to go on it.

Also, a character can never seek a special quest until they have adventured and survived once. Beginning on their second game, they may begin to seek out special quests (one attempt per outing).
